The vessel OCEANUS delivered 60,4 thousand tons of thermal coal for the DTEK holding owned by Rinat Akhmetov, and the vessel WOOLLOOMOOLLOO delivered 73,4 thousand tons for JSC Centerenergo. Unloading work is carried out according to schedule.
“In 2017, the volume of transshipment of imported thermal coal at the state enterprise” MTP “Yuzhny” amounted to more than 11% of the total cargo turnover of the enterprise. From May to December, the State Enterprise processed 18 Panamax vessels. This is the largest figure in Ukraine. Today, negotiations are already underway regarding future cooperation with cargo owners in 2018. Volumes and schedules of deliveries are being coordinated, and projects for the development of production sites are being prepared to increase cargo handling,” noted the acting director. Director of the State Enterprise “MTP” Yuzhny “Vitaly Zhukovsky.
Since May 2017, the State Enterprise MTP Yuzhny has unloaded more than 1 million tons of thermal coal for public and private companies, of which 847 thousand tons are for the energy holding DTEK, 412,5 thousand tons are for PJSC Centrenergo.
