According to Zelensky, this issue is not on the agenda today.

“Someone has to start negotiations. For negotiations to take place, someone must start this topic. That side did not raise the topic. We are defending Ukraine in this matter, you know what is happening in Crimea, what is happening on this issue. Whatever we are ready, we do. The issue of water is not discussed,” Zelensky said.
