In general, the situation in Donetsk is quite tense. As a result of the incessant shelling of the city, the city's communications and residential buildings were damaged, in particular, after being hit by shells and subsequent fire, houses and outbuildings in the Kuibyshevsky district were damaged, and a private house in the Petrovsky district was seriously damaged.
Emergency repair teams continue to carry out restoration work, however, despite all the efforts of utility workers, 97 transformer substations and 11 boiler houses in the city remain de-energized.
