In the Carpathian region, an unknown person shot a trolleybus in broad daylight
Today, at one of the stops in Ivano-Frankivsk, a trolleybus was fired upon.
The mayor of the city, Ruslan Martsinkiv, announced this on his Facebook page, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In our city, a trolleybus that runs on route No. 2 was fired upon. It happened at the Krok stop. They shot at the windshield. The trolleybus driver immediately opened the door and let the passengers out. Fortunately, there were no casualties. I don’t understand what motives a person could have to shoot at a trolleybus at lunchtime.
Now the police and the traffic safety inspector of the Elektroavtotrans enterprise are working on the spot and are trying to find the person who shot,” Martsinkiv wrote.
