“To fence it off, to make sure that there is no humanitarian catastrophe there, so that convoys come in, not from Akhmetov, but from the state of Ukraine and the International Red Cross. It is necessary that enterprises do not operate there, and if they do, then only on customer-provided raw materials in order to obtain critically important products for Ukraine. Water must be supplied intermittently so that the population receives it, but enterprises cannot use it in production. It is necessary to ensure that there is an information war on our side in the occupied territory - newspapers, broadcasting, and so on,” Semenchenko said.
In addition, the former commander of the Donbass battalion calls for sabotage work in the territories of the DPR and LPR.
“We will really be able to create a normal contract army based on the partnership of volunteers and the army, build up our special services, and one fine day, a coup has just taken place in the DPR - this is a great opportunity to inflame and liberate several cities. Use it to incite this hostility, cause disorganization in the work of the militants, and return several cities by military means,” the people’s deputy believes.
