According to him, the identity of this negotiator is being hidden so as not to damage the negotiations, but we are talking about “new agreements” on Donbass, possibly with the participation of the United States.
“One of the world negotiators went before Nuland, but I don’t want to give information yet, I know that negotiations are underway. Next, this person will go to Minsk, and then to Ukraine. In my opinion, there will be a different format, perhaps it will be the “Normandy format,” Melnichuk said.
