The Rada is hysterical: We could not help Volker in negotiations with Surkov
The law on the so-called “reintegration of Donbass”, adopted in the first reading, in which certain areas of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions were recognized as occupied, and Russia was declared an aggressor, should be returned to the agenda of the Verkhovna Rada.

Oleg Berezyuk (Samopomich) stated this at a meeting of the Conciliation Council of faction leaders and chairmen of committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Why did the law on the reintegration of occupied territories disappear from the agenda? What's the matter? With such aplomb, we helped the Americans have a position in the conversation with our age-old enemy. But an active participant on the American side says: “The negotiations with Surkov were a step back.” Our help, that is, the acceptance and continuation of a special status in Donbass, did not help. Today, Americans and Europeans say: “If you don’t pass a law that you call “on reintegration” and don’t define a war as a war, don’t name the date of this war, no one will want to talk to you except your enemy,” Berezyuk asserts, without naming , however, specific names of European and American politicians.
He also added that a “reintegration” law, which “recognizes the occupation and defines it by dates,” should be on the agenda of the Verkhovna Rada.
