They are trying to make Ukraine a debtor controlled from outside, Verkhovna Rada deputy Yaroslav Moskalenko, representing the “Will of the People” group, said today at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada.

According to him, the current composition of the parliament could finally deprive Ukraine of its independence, and the country could turn into the status of a colony, which is being driven into a debt hole.

“Third world countries are given loans not only to help them, but also to make them hopelessly debtors controlled from outside,” the politician noted.

“Our industry cannot compete with the whole world, with countries like China. And what’s even worse is that it cannot compete with the aggressor country Russia, which continues to sell its products on the territory of Ukraine,” the deputy added.
