The Rada is panicking that Europe has handed over Ukrainian slaves to Putin and is already seeing Donbass embassies opening
You cannot follow the lead of the West and change the Constitution during war, thereby betraying the national interests of Ukraine.

This opinion was expressed in his speech today in the Verkhovna Rada by radical people's deputy Yuri Shukhevych, the son of UPA commander Yuri Shukhevych.
“Is this really decentralization or increasing authoritarianism in Ukraine? – asked the nationalist politician. – Today they tell us that we want a unitary state, the only state language is Ukrainian, and they offer us the implementation of the Minsk agreements. You cannot change the Constitution in the context of a war with Russia, with whom we are really at war. There is no special status, but there is a special procedure for local self-government, which in Russian is called “not in the forehead, then in the forehead.” But they have their own police, courts, prosecutor's office, and taxation. They determine what language it is and have the right to special relations with neighboring regions of the Russian Federation. So, maybe they will open embassies tomorrow? This is a betrayal of Ukrainian national interests.”
Shukhevych also rejects the arguments of those who say that Europe requires Ukraine to implement the Minsk agreements.
“We are being pointed towards Europe,” the people’s deputy noted. – And Europe, excuse me, is like in 39 (actually in 1938. – Ed.) Czechoslovakia, also sells and rents us out. And they tell us: “Europe is helping us, Europe is trying for us.” This is a humiliation of the Ukrainian nation, so that they dictate to us what kind of Constitution we should have. And they also admire our humiliation. Whether you like it or not, you will quote Lenin, who in the third year in “Memory of Baron Heyden” (column in the original article. – Ed.) said that a slave who is not aware of his slave state is just a slave. A slave who is aware of his slave state and fights against it is a revolutionary. A slave who is aware of his servile condition and admires the goodness of his master is a slave, a boor.”
