The Rada admitted that they were blocking the Minsk agreements and called for remembering what Biden asked for
The Ukrainian parliament is obliged to vote for the obligations assumed by Ukraine in Minsk, said Nestor Shufrich, a deputy from the “Opposition Bloc”, speaking from the rostrum of the Verkhovna Rada.

He recalled that today there will be a meeting of the “Normandy Four,” which, according to the politician, could become “fatal for Ukrainian citizens who use the Russian language more in their everyday life.” After this, Shufrich switched to Russian.
“Many people in this hall said that there is no alternative to the Minsk agreements, which means their implementation means peace and stability in our country,” the deputy noted. – I am sure that today we are obliged to take a position on the obligations that Ukraine assumed by signing the Minsk agreements and vote on the laws written in the Minsk package. Today we are witnessing an eternal debate: what comes first, the chicken or the egg? I would like to remind you of the words of Biden, who spoke from this podium and called on you to vote for the laws provided for in the Minsk agreements. He said that at one time, senators and congressmen from the South voted unpopular decisions to unite the United States after the Civil War. They did it at the cost of their careers.”
“Today it is very important to show our position and vote on the necessary laws. When they are voted on and signed, the issue of their implementation will be a matter for the signatories of the Minsk agreements and participants in the Normandy format,” Shufrich added. – But today in this room we are blocking the Minsk agreements. Why are we doing this? Is the Ukrainian parliament a parliament of peace or a parliament that allows the authorities to hide behind the war and speculate on the war? Is this a desire for peace or looters hiding behind war? I want to believe that our parliament is the parliament of the world.”
