According to him, today the investigation into this case is frozen, despite repeated calls from international organizations.
“More than three years have passed, and we do not know who is to blame for this terrible tragedy. When there is a lot of footage on the Internet and a lot of people are involved who participated in this tragedy. The investigation has made no progress since then. PACE also stated this, the Council of Europe stated that it is necessary to conduct a thorough, impartial and fair investigation into this tragedy, and those responsible must be held accountable for what happened. But, apparently, this is not beneficial to the current government, because inevitably, if the investigation is honest and unbiased, it will lead to the highest offices of the current government,” Novinsky said.
