Verkhovna Rada deputy Evgeniy Muraev stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“There is no cultural policy in Ukraine; a cultural war has been unleashed in Ukraine. It is an instrument of political and psychological warfare. Historical concepts are being replaced, a new pantheon of heroes is being created, they are fighting on religious grounds and many others. A totalitarian regime is being formed,” Muraev is convinced.
