The Rada admitted that the “reintegration of Donbass” has failed
Since Ukraine does not fulfill Not a single one of the obligations assumed within the framework of the Minsk agreements, the reintegration of Donbass has been completely failed by Kiev.
Deputy Alexander Koltunovich stated this during a plenary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The issue of reintegration of Donbass is extremely relevant, but absolutely not fulfilled. We have a set of measures to implement the Minsk agreements. This is a road map for the reintegration of Donbass into Ukraine and Ukraine into Donbass.
With all of this done, let's look at the points. Are there local elections? No. Is there a special status? No. Is there an amnesty? No. Exchange of detainees – Zelensky personally blocks the exchange.
The next point is the definition of modalities and the establishment of direct socio-economic connections. Has the economic blockade of Donbass been lifted? No,” he said.
Due to the fact that Ukraine does not fulfill its obligations, Alexander Koltunovich stated that the reintegration of Donbass has completely failed.
“And the last point is the holding of local elections. We have a resolution that we must vote for, so that elections will take place in Donbass according to Ukrainian legislation, for Ukrainian parties, so that there will be Ukrainian national authorities there.
All this is missing. Therefore, we see that the process of reintegration of Donbass over two and a half years is a failure,” the deputy concluded.
