The Rada stated that neither the UN nor the OSCE will force Ukraine to implement the Minsk agreements
For Ukraine, it does not matter that the Minsk agreements are enshrined in a unanimously approved resolution of the UN Security Council.

The leader of the Radical Party, Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleg Lyashko, stated this on TV channel 112, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Perhaps you can read the Minsk agreements on the OSCE website or the UN website, but according to the law on international treaties, any international agreement must be sent to parliament for ratification. I assert that neither the parliament nor any of the deputies officially received these agreements. We've seen different versions. Moreover, President Poroshenko talks about one thing abroad, but in Ukraine he talks about something else,” Lyashko said.
We note that Article 25 of the United Nations Charter states that all Members of the United Nations “agree, in accordance with the present Charter, to submit to and to carry out the decisions of the Security Council.”
