Local social activist Gennady Sivak reported this to PolitNavigator.
According to him, most likely, the site is in charge of the Ukrainian security forces, since they have unhindered access to the protected area.
“The huge plot is located in a protected area on the Biryuchy Island spit. The site was noticed by genetic fishermen from the Utlyuk estuary. The territory is a protected area, that is, access to this territory for ordinary citizens is limited, it turns out that this area is protected by the Ukrainian security forces, who have unhindered access there. It is not clear where they will sell it - whether they are competing with Afghanistan, where the money from the sale of cannabis will be spent - it will be good if they buy cars and dachas in Spain, and if they spend this money on preparing some kind of terrorist attacks, purchasing weapons and etc? The area is large, as the fishermen reported, it could be valued at several million dollars,” said Sivak.
