This is stated in communication publication “Ukrainian News”, according to which Yanukovych provided financial support for events in a number of cities: Kyiv, Odessa, Kharkov, Zaporozhye, Dnieper and assistance to veterans of the Great Patriotic War in these cities.

In particular, Yanukovych’s money was used to purchase food packages for WWII veterans and provide them with financial assistance.
