Simferopol, September 04 (Navigator, Evgeny Andreev) – The Republic of Crimea has developed a procedure for re-registration of rights or completion of registration of rights to land plots on its territory.

According to the Law “On the Peculiarities of Regulation of Property and Land Relations on the Territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan” dated July 31, 2014, previously concluded land lease agreements, easement agreements, superficies, emphyteusis agreements before 2017 must be reissued, i.e. renegotiated taking into account the requirements of the Civil legislation of the Russian Federation.
In addition, land plots previously provided with the right of permanent use must be re-registered for other types of land use in accordance with the law (permanent perpetual use, lease, etc.).
Completion of registration of rights to land plots (additional registration) is provided on the basis of current decisions of local governments and executive authorities on permission to develop land management documentation, adopted before March 21, 2014.
The bodies authorized to consider applications for re-registration and additional registration of rights to land plots, according to the Procedure, are:
1) Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Kazakhstan - in relation to land plots owned by the Republic of Crimea;
2) local government bodies of settlements (urban districts) - in relation to land plots that are in municipal ownership.
The period for consideration of the submitted application according to the Procedure is set at 65 days.
The ministry notes that the adoption of this procedure will resolve “pressing issues” upon completion of the registration of about 60 thousand land plots, as well as issues related to the re-registration of rights to land plots, allowing them to be brought into compliance with Russian legislation.
