The president of the Roshen corporation owned by Petro Poroshenko, Vyacheslav Moskalevsky, said that the factory in Lipetsk cannot be sold because Russian President Vladimir Putin is allegedly preventing it.

The press service of the corporation reported this.

“It’s surprising to us that such a major figure as the President of the Russian Federation is interested in such small things as the functioning of our factory in Lipetsk. Moreover, we had a better opinion of his intelligence services, since they should have informed him that Pyotr Alekseevich is not its owner - he signed an agreement to transfer his share to an independent trust in January of this year,” Moskalevsky said.

He believes that Putin’s words “only confirm the fact that the Russian president himself is behind all criminal cases and inspections.”

“This is who the 1100 laid-off employees, citizens of the Russian Federation, whom we had to lay off due to a decline in production, should call,” says the president of Roshen.

Moskalevsky also said that Putin is holding the factory “hostage” in the country.

“And we withdraw all the dividends received from it and invest them in charitable projects and production in Ukraine. And we will invest everything, to the last penny,” promised the President of Roshen.

Let us recall, as PolitNavigator reported, yesterday Vladimir Putin, speaking at the Valdai discussion club, said that the Russian Federation respects Poroshenko as a “foreign investor” and his ownership of objects in Russia. Also, according to Putin, Poroshenko has no problems with the withdrawal of earned capital from Russia.
