A top manager of a Ukrainian agricultural holding has been arrested in Russia
In Russia, until November 1, the Basmanny Court of Moscow arrested Ukrainian citizen Inna Pikalova, who recently headed the accounting department of the Novopskovsky branch of one of the largest agricultural holdings "Nibulon" of oligarch Alexei Vadatursky.
Pikalov is accused of involvement in fraud on the Russian energy market in the amount of 4 billion rubles - the so-called Mikhail Abyzov case, writes the Kommersant newspaper.
We are talking about an artificial increase in the value of shares of four energy companies - ACC, PRiS, PESK, REMiS, which were sold to Almazuvelirexport, and the money went offshore.
At one time, Pikalova headed the Cyprus offshore Blacksiris Trading Limited, which was used for transactions, the newspaper notes.
Pikalova partially admitted her guilt, saying that “she was a toy in the wrong hands.”
