According to her, this will give residents of the people's republics the opportunity to work in their specialty or receive education on the territory of Russia and will be another important step towards integration, will play an important role in the process of forming a single cultural and educational space of Russia and Donbass, the representative of the EDR believes.

“As you know, people who received education on the territory of the DPR and LPR could not get a job using their diplomas in Ukraine. This is a vivid example of Russophobia and discrimination towards dissidents; Kyiv has long ago actually denied residents of the republics the right to education and work,” says Shmeleva.
