Russia plans to launch a flying car
Russia is developing a flying car that will be able to cover distances of up to 500 kilometers on one gas station.
The Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation, Vitaly Savelyev, stated this at the New Horizons marathon, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Savelyev, the project of the so-called cyclocar will be implemented in the foreseeable future.
“A flying car, a cyclocar, we also have such a project in the country, and it’s the same... in the foreseeable future we hope to see it flying. This is no longer science fiction, these are prototypes, these are the products,” the minister said.
“This is a real car that can take off vertically, that can hover, and fly five hundred kilometers. These are the new technologies that are one way or another present in life,” Savelyev said.
