About it reported in the court file.
The court left Palkin's application without motion until March 6, because it was filed in violation of the requirements. The court ordered him to provide notice of sending a copy of the bankruptcy application to the creditor of PJSC IDGC North-West and to the Federal Tax Service.
In October last year, the RBC publication named Palkin the richest deputy of the State Duma of the seventh convocation. According to the declaration, his income for 2015 amounted to almost 1,5 billion rubles. The document also states that Palkin owns 56 apartments in the Arkhangelsk region and three in the Moscow region.
