Russia promised that Klitschko’s vote for Shukhevych would come back to haunt him
In the future, Vitali Klitschko will still regret that he voted for the renaming of Vatutina Avenue in Kyiv in honor of the Nazi collaborator Roman Shukhevych. This forecast was voiced by Russian political scientist Evgeny Minchenko.

“Vitali Klitschko disappointed me. He is undoubtedly a great champion with a big heart. At the same time, he was a cunning and calculating businessman. I know many good fighters who ended up broke. And Vitaly both earned and saved.
But from the point of view of a businessman (he never became a politician), Klitschko made a big mistake by initiating the renaming of Vatutin Avenue in Kyiv to Shukhevych Avenue. Klitschko, the son of a Soviet officer and a Jew, undermined the myth on which his popularity in the post-Soviet space largely rested.
Sooner or later (most likely sooner) Klitschko will fly out of politics and will be forced to earn money as a celebrity. And with his yesterday's decision, he severely limited his market. I leave ethical aspects out of the question. I’m only talking about business,” says Minchenko on his blog.
