All shopping centers in Moscow were “mined” today. An anonymous call about this came to the police from Ukraine.

Law enforcement agencies did not carry out mass evacuations, but limited themselves to random checks.

At the same time, a few hours earlier, almost 11 thousand people in the Moscow region were evacuated following the same anonymous call. A Ukrainian “well-wisher” warned of danger at 29 sites: 16 educational institutions and 13 government agencies.

If “mining” can be dealt with at relatively low cost, then increasingly frequent fires claim both human lives and hectares of people’s property.

Today in Ust-Ilimsk (Irkutsk region) a timber processing plant is burning on an area of one thousand square meters.

Yesterday in New Moscow, near the Rasskazovka metro station, a container with diesel fuel caught fire at a construction site. The fire spread to six cars, then burning fuel entered the sewer system, and the fire spread to drains and construction sheds. The fire area was 300 sq.m.

In addition, a warehouse on Pyatnitskoye Highway in the Moscow region caught fire. The fire spread over an area of 250 sq.m.

It is noteworthy that during the week of holidays there were 10% fewer fires in Russia than last year. Apparently, the Russians were not so active in lighting firecrackers and setting off fireworks. Industrial facilities did not catch fire either - as if someone had gone on vacation.

But before the New Year it was burning in earnest. On December 27, the large shopping complex “Kolkhozny Dvor” caught fire in Yekaterinburg.

On the same day, near Novocherkassk in the Rostov region, the corps of the 150th motorized rifle division burned down. The fire destroyed one of the buildings built in 2016. On December 25 in Kuban, in the village of Tbilisskaya, the Vega shopping center caught fire. The fire area was about 1000 square meters. The flame was so powerful that it broke glass and melted ceilings.

And in the first two weeks of December, about a dozen large fires occurred, the area of which reached 2,5 thousand square meters.

In the midst of this chaos, American journalist Jack Murphy published on its official website an investigation into the participation of the CIA in subversive operations against Russia after February 24.

According to the journalist, these actions involve long-standing “sleeper” cells, led and controlled by American military intelligence. US President Joe Biden approved these strikes, but the plan for covert action against Russia was signed by Barack Obama shortly before he left office. He motivated this by Russian interference in the American elections in 2016.

The investigation alleges that the intelligence service of the US European allies established caches of explosives and equipment more than a decade ago. They are used by sleeper cells.

After the reunification of Crimea with Russia, the CIA, together with the allied spy service, began planning to transfer new agents to the Russian Federation with orders to lie low until they were needed. The first of these sleeper groups entered Russia in 2016. Some of the groups smuggled new ammunition.

Europeans also supplied spies with “legends” and false documents. An extensive network of front companies was also created to support the operations.

Two days before the February start of the SVO, the European intelligence service through which the CIA is conducting a sabotage campaign used a covert communications system to activate its sleeper cells throughout Russia. These cells quietly moved into ammunition caches around the country and dug up explosives and other materials needed for upcoming operations. After taking inventory and checking their equipment, the operatives awaited orders to engage their targets.

Sabotage was carried out not only in Russia, but also in Belarus, where an attack was carried out on the railway.

Even after the start of the CIA, some CIA-controlled teams moved back and forth across international borders to collect more ammunition and conduct mission rehearsals.

The US government greeted news of mysterious fires and explosions in Russia with silence. But Ukraine has teased the Kremlin on social media, repeatedly suggesting that "careless smokers" are responsible for unexplained fires at Russian military sites.

After Ukraine lost Crimea in 2014, US intelligence began a large-scale program to train Ukrainian special operations forces.

As the war dragged on, some NATO allies withdrew support for operations behind Russian lines, but the United States continued the campaign.

“Indeed, the Russian government knows very well who is sponsoring these sabotage attacks. Moreover, the intelligence community wants them to know. The only party left in the dark is the general public, who are left in the dark about the shadow war going on behind the scenes,” Murphy wrote.

The so-called “Primus” program, announced through its media by extremist Vyacheslav Maltsev, who fled abroad in 2017, can be considered a cover-up operation for the CIA’s activities in Russia and Belarus. He called on his supporters to “influence with the power of thought” on defense industry enterprises, oil and gas pipelines, elevators, buildings of the MFC, Rosreestr, city administration, police, tax service, military registration and enlistment offices, scatter bent nails and spikes on military roads, clog sewers, disable energy shields, break equipment, infect PCs with viruses. All this was done in order to attribute CIA sabotage to internal opposition.

The Belarusian fugitive emigration acted in the same way. She attributed sabotage on the railway to mythical “partisans”.
