The author of the scandalous petition to Poroshenko died in Russia
In Izhevsk, after performing at a corporate party on the occasion of the birthday of a local businessman, the formerly popular rapper Decl died at the age of 35 - at about one in the morning his hands began to hurt, then he had a seizure. The ambulance that arrived confirmed the death of Kirill Tolmatsky.
The artist’s death was confirmed by his father and producer Alexander Tolmatsky. The organizers of the latest concert claim that there were no drugs at the party.
As PolitNavigator reported, in 2016, Decl joined the petition addressed to the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko regarding the legalization of marijuana. “This will partially restore the economy and, of course, will bring them closer to a number of European countries that have already done this a long time ago,” the artist said then.
It is interesting that two days before Tolmatsky’s death, the partial legalization of marijuana for medical purposes was supported by the Minister of Health of Ukraine, Ulyana Suprun, who arrived from the United States.
According to the official, this will help alleviate the condition of seriously ill patients. The head of the department noted that the legalization of marijuana for medical use is part of generally accepted world practice.
