Russia opened a case against an American journalist who called for bombing the Crimean Bridge
In Russia, a criminal case has been opened against US citizen Tom Rogan, who published an article entitled “Ukraine should blow up Putin’s Crimea bridge” (Ukraine needs to blow up Putin’s Crimea bridge), calling for the undermining of the Crimean bridge by bombing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was reported by the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
According to the investigation, in this article by Tom Rogan there are signs of public calls for terrorist activities on the territory of the Russian Federation, that is, the commission of a crime under Art. 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
The investigation has ordered a comprehensive psychological and linguistic examination, and investigative actions are being carried out aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the crime.
At the same time, a pre-investigation check is carried out in relation to the editor of the weekly Washington Examiner online magazine after the publication of the mentioned article by Tom Rogan.
