Publicist Sergei Kurginyan stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The best thing that can happen is that he gets an outright majority. Let him shape everything himself.

“This rush will last for a year at most. Maximum! And then a split in the political center arises. And secondly, that’s right, Medvedchuk received little. This means that we need a consolidating leader on the Russian flank, who will be even more definitely for Russia, even more decisive, even stronger. And then a conflict between pro-Russian and anti-Russian forces will arise. Which will decide the fate of Ukraine,” Kurginyan concluded.
