"Mariupol. Good morning begins from the Primorsky district. Explosion,” Andryushchenko wrote in his Telegram channel.

Later, details appeared, which were clarified by the military-analytical public page “Rybar”.

“In the morning, a terrorist attack occurred in Mariupol: a car bomb exploded near a cafe in a residential building. The target of the assassination attempt was the city police chief Mikhail Moskvin: the victim received a slight concussion. Special services are working in the incident area, the explosion site has been cordoned off,” writes Rybar.
