9000 Ukrainian cops fled to Russia from “Georgian reformers”
The much-touted reform of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, following the Georgian model, turned out to be a complete failure, the perpetrators fled the country, and law enforcement agencies are in collapse.
Lieutenant General of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Gennady Moskal stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“What, Dekanoidze and Zguladze, where is their reform, where did it go? And where are they? One lives in Paris, the other - I don’t even know where. Why were they invited here? To destroy the police in the bud?
They completely destroyed the police. Those who knew how to do something have already left. According to my data, only about 8-9 thousand employees who have not been certified here work in the Russian police. Ukrainian police officers are considered to have the best reputation,” Moskal said.
