The famous Jewish activist, director of the Ukrainian Jewish Committee Eduard Dolinsky reported this on his social network page.
“Local authorities have contacted law enforcement agencies with a request to conduct an investigation and identify the perpetrators. The head of the local administration did not traditionally blame the “third party”, but called for an immediate investigation into this case and said that this is a sign of the moral degradation of society. On April 18, students of the College of Construction and Technology put the monument in order,” he wrote.
Dolinsky also drew attention to the following fact.
“It’s interesting that the state administration website and local media call this monument to the executed “Soviet and Jewish citizens.” Either they believe that the Jews had no citizenship, or that they are of extraterrestrial origin...”, the Jewish activist is perplexed.
