Rivne, March 28 (Navigator, Olga Nikolaeva) – The mayor of the city of Rivne issued an order to honor the memory of the fallen heroes of the “Heavenly Hundred” from March 27 to 30.

“In order to honor the memory of the fallen heroes of the “Heavenly Hundred” in the city of Rivne from March 27 to 30, 2014, we recommend that enterprises, institutions, and city organizations: lower flags with mourning ribbons on buildings; limit the use of music and do not conduct entertainment events; begin official events with a minute of silence for the victims,” the document says.
