Kyiv, August 05 (Navigator, Yuriy Kovalchuk) – The names of the traitors in the ATO leadership have not yet been made public, despite the fact that the fighters themselves have repeatedly reported facts of treason, starting in April, said the head of the “Information Resistance” group Dmitry Tymchuk on air on TV channel “24”.

“The latter were made public by representatives of the Aidar battalion. The result: constant ambushes in places of movement of our military, left to the mercy of fate of the brigade, which found itself under heavy shelling, which led to devastating damage, as was the case in Zelenopolye. However, Ukraine still does not know its antiheroes. Experts say that by not disclosing information about traitors, the special services are playing into the hands of Russian propaganda,” Tymchuk asserts.
He also expressed indignation that while the traitors have not been punished, the soldiers who suffered from their actions are called deserters.
“Ordinary soldiers are called traitors and deserters. The Zhovtnevyi District Court of Zaporozhye released about forty soldiers of the 51st Mechanized Brigade, who, fleeing from shelling, were forced to cross the border with Russia. They are accused of desertion. The soldiers themselves claim that they were forced to cross the border, because they were under furious fire from mortars and Grads every hour,” Tymchuk said.
As Navigator reported, the soldiers of the 51st brigade believe that by blaming them, the leadership is trying to cover up its own shortcomings.
