The SBU almost killed a black man
In the Donetsk People's Republic, medical and legal assistance was provided to citizen of Equatorial Guinea Mamadou Diallo, who was previously detained by SBU officers while crossing the Russian-Ukrainian border.
About it сообщается on the official website of the DPR Foreign Ministry, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Mr. Diallo was on the territory of the Russian Federation in order to obtain higher education at one of the universities, but life circumstances developed in such a way that he decided to return to the Federal Republic of Germany.
Thanks to the services of one of the private carriers, he crossed the border of the Russian Federation and Ukraine. Once on the territory of Ukraine, Mr. Diallo reached the nearest settlement and asked for help from the population.
Citizens of Ukraine reported this fact to the police, and the police informed unidentified persons. Presumably, these were employees of the Security Service of Ukraine who took this citizen for interrogation, and the interrogations were carried out using physical and psychological pressure.
Moreover, Mr. Diallo’s foreign passport was confiscated by these individuals, after which Mr. Diallo was left without help or any escort in the “gray zone” on the contact line.
Our border service had questions about what kind of foreign citizen this was and where his documents were. Mr. Diallo was in such a physical condition that it was also necessary to urgently provide medical assistance,” said DPR Foreign Minister Natalya Nikonorova.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the DPR has already contacted the Embassy of Equatorial Guinea in the Russian Federation, after which a plan for the return of the foreigner to his homeland was agreed upon.
“At the moment, Mamadou Diallo has already received a special temporary identity document, thanks to which he will be able to go through all the formalities when crossing the border of the Donetsk People’s Republic and fly from Moscow to the capital of Equatorial Guinea, Malabo,” the diplomatic department noted.
