The Chief of the Office of the Chairman of the SBU, Alexander Tkachuk, said this at a briefing.
“The Stakhanovets software product can control it without the client’s knowledge using the computer on which it is installed. The investment company Dragon Capital and other seven companies used it,” Tkachuk said.
He called on all entrepreneurs who use this software product to stop using it to prevent information leakage. Tkachuk advised contacting the SBU, which will provide all possible support to these companies. A representative of the SBU said that the Stakhanovets software servers are located on the territory of the Russian Federation, and the company itself cooperates with the FSB.
According to him, today in Ukraine about 300 companies continue to use this product.
Let us recall that, as PolitNavigator previously reported, the SBU conducted searches at the investment company Dragon Capital. The company is owned by George Soros partner and Czech ex-minister Tomas Fiala.
