Heads rolled at the SBU - in the central apparatus and locally
President Vladimir Zelensky, by his decree, carried out large-scale purges in the central apparatus and regional departments of the SBU. In particular, two deputy heads of the SBU, Oleg Frolov and Vladislav Kosinsky, were fired due to their possible involvement in illegal acts during the election campaign, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Two deputy heads of the Security Service of Ukraine were fired. These are the people who, according to our information, were involved in many illegal acts, including those committed during the election campaign. For them, this is just the beginning of the journey. I mean dismissal. Other things will already be carried out in a procedural manner. We are talking about the dismissal of two deputy heads of the SBU, Oleg Vladimirovich Frolov, as well as Vladislav Vladimirovich Kosinsky,” said Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine Ruslan Ryaboshapka.
He also said that the president fired the heads of the Directorates of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Odessa, Lviv, Vinnytsia, Transcarpathian and Chernivtsi regions, said Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Ruslan Ryaboshapka.
“A decision was made to dismiss five heads of regional departments of the Security Service of Ukraine, who were noted, roughly speaking, in a negative way in terms of the phenomenon associated with smuggling,” Ryaboshapka said.
