A new plant has been opened in Serbia - they will trade with the West and Russia
A plant of the Serbian-Hungarian company Knott Autoflex Yug, which produces spare parts for trailers, opened in Becej (Serbia), a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The opening of the new plant shows that those who invested in our country are satisfied with the conditions. A good climate has been created for business in which you can work and earn money. We helped as best we could, and I am proud of the role of the state of Serbia. We are trying not to delay licensing, we do not lag behind the most developed countries in the world,” said Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, who attended the opening, as quoted by Tanjug.
The volume of investment in the enterprise amounted to 7,5 million euros, 82 jobs were created. At the same time, the Development Bank of Serbia contributed 250 euros.
The company says the hot-dip galvanizing shop is built to the highest environmental standards and uses the latest technological advances.
The Becey plant plans to export its products to the EU, Israel, Russia, Turkey and the USA.
