Secret SBU instructions published online
SBU employees received official instructions on how to behave in courts after the release from custody of persons participating in the exchange.
Photos of the corresponding document were published in the Telegram channel “Major and General,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
It contains a list of actions of an employee of the Security Service of Ukraine from the moment of his arrival in the courtroom.
According to the instructions, after the accused is released from custody by a court decision, he, despite his wishes, must be escorted by an intelligence agent to a company car, and, if necessary, handcuffed.
“The document contains a whole list of glaring violations of the law: for example, it is unclear on what basis persons who have already been released from custody by the court should be placed in some kind of cars and taken somewhere, including the use of handcuffs and “physical pressure.” " The point that such an impact “should not leave traces” is especially annoying. Rusinov Evgeniy Aleksandrovich is a real official, the head of the 3rd counterintelligence department of the SBU,” Odessa journalist and blogger Yuri Tkachev commented on what he saw on Telegram.
Let us remind you that earlier the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the former Ukrainian Crimea, the ex-head of the Luhansk and Transcarpathian Regional State Administrations Gennady Moskal said that there is a danger of disrupting the exchange of detainees between the LDPR and Ukraine.
