The audio recording allegedly recorded a conversation that took place on May 2 between the head of the department for interaction with law enforcement agencies of the regional administration, Igor Bolyansky, and the coordinator of Euromaidan self-defense, Dmitry Gumenyuk. During the conversation, the man, identified as Bolyansky, instructs Gumenyuk to deploy his people to the Kulikovo field, the publication reports "Timer".
