Lugansk, June 02 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – A video has appeared on the Internet of how they tried to help victims of the explosion near the building of the Lugansk regional state administration in the first minutes.

According to Pavel Malysh, director of the health department of the Lugansk regional state administration, the explosion killed seven people and eight more people were hospitalized.

“Their condition is serious. There are many victims with shrapnel wounds,” he said.

According to regional council deputy Valery Cherkasov, seven people were killed and 15 were injured. A number of media outlets reported that the Minister of Health of the “Luhansk People’s Republic” died during the explosion.

As Navigator reported, at about 15:00 an explosion occurred near the Regional State Administration building in Lugansk.
