The video shows an unknown person planting explosives near the organization's office and the moment of the explosion.
As PolitNavigator reported, on the night of March 11-12, an explosion occurred in Odessa: the office center suffered, at first glance, significant destruction. Law enforcement officers classified the incident as a terrorist attack.
