Fraudsters who defrauded a construction company for 6 apartments were arrested in Sevastopol
Sevastopol, November 12 (PolitNavigator, Svetlana Ivanova) – The investigative authorities of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the city of Sevastopol opened a criminal case on the fact of committing fraudulent acts on an especially large scale in relation to the property of Severspetsstroymontazh LLC, the press service of the department reports.

The case was initiated based on materials from the FSB Directorate for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol under Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code.
According to the investigation, in the period from October 20, 2008 to November 2, 2014, two citizens submitted to the Department of State Registration of Rights and Cadastre of the city of Sevastopol and to the KP “Bureau of Technical Inventory and State Registration of Real Estate Objects” counterfeit purchase and sale agreements for six apartments in a multi-storey building. The estimated cost of the apartments is about 40 million rubles.
Thus, ownership of the apartments was acquired, and Severspetsstroymontazh LLC suffered property damage on an especially large scale.
Two suspects have been arrested. The third person involved in the criminal case is under recognizance not to leave the place.
