According to investigators, in 2011-2012, the accused, providing intermediary services in the purchase and sale of cars, stole funds received as payment for the supply of new cars.
Khokhryakov also committed the theft of other people's cars, obtained under the pretext of finding buyers for them.
The illegal actions of the accused caused damage to the victims in the amount of over 11 million rubles.
