Sevastopol, July 28 (Navigator, Evgeny Andreev) – The prosecutor’s office of the Nakhimovsky district of Sevastopol approved an indictment against a former patrol officer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, accused of murder.

According to her, the accused, while on the embankment of Primorsky Boulevard on January 9, as a result of a sudden conflict with a citizen of no fixed abode born in 1979, on the basis of personal hostility, deliberately fired a service firearm in the chest area of ​​the victim. The latter died on the spot from his wound.

The investigation into the criminal case was carried out by the investigative department for the Nakhimovsky district of the investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the city of Sevastopol.

The actions of the accused are qualified under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder).

Currently, the criminal case has been sent to the Leninsky District Court of Sevastopol for consideration on the merits.
