A Sevastopol pre-retirement man will spend a year in a correctional colony for inciting violence on the Internet.
The Gagarinsky District Court handed down a guilty verdict, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the press service of the court, a 61-year-old resident of the hero city posted materials on the Internet containing calls for violence against a group of people based on their nationality and citizenship.
“The accused did not admit guilt,” the press service clarified. – The court sentenced the man to imprisonment for a period of one year, which he will spend in a general regime correctional colony. In addition, the convicted person was deprived of the right to engage in activities related to the administration of sites of electronic and information and telecommunication networks, including the Internet, for two years and ten months.
