Deputy Governor Alexander Svechnikov, proposing amendments to the law, referred to proposals from the Department of Housing and Communal Services and Construction to purchase a new 20-meter wind-resistant city Christmas tree and the Department of Culture to purchase lighting and sound equipment.

Deputies inquired about the fate of the old city Christmas tree, but were unable to find out anything about it.

As a result, the chairman of the legislative assembly, Alexei Chaly, proposed postponing consideration of this issue for subsequent meetings.
