In Sevastopol, a queue is being formed for the issuance of land plots to SVO participants
Land plots in Sevastopol will be provided to SVO participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev announced this during a “direct line” on STV, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Detailed advice can be obtained from the department of property and land relations, but to put it simply, the package that, in accordance with the law of the city of Sevastopol, you collect on confirmation of participation in the SVO and registration in Sevastopol as of February 24, 2022, and submit to the MFC or department.
If a person is placed in a queue, he is assigned a serial number. In accordance with the appeal of our participants or the families of fallen soldiers, this queue will be formed, and land plots will be issued according to the number in the queue. There is a certain fund for the first applicants, we are working to increase it and will try to ensure that there are no long waiting periods.”
At the same time, the governor clarified that the beneficiary will have the opportunity to choose a site from those proposed by the city from the available fund. Therefore, when possible, if a soldier has already been demobilized, or was injured and arrived for recovery, you need to contact the MFC or DIZO to get in line and get a serial number. Rank, awards, length of service, and wounds will not be taken into account.
“In the event of a queue, this is a guarantee that the land will still be provided, even if it takes some time. As soon as you receive confirmation that you are in line, then you understand that the land plot will be provided,” Razvozhaev assured.

In Crimea, such a law was adopted only on December 14. The site is not chosen by the applicant, but offered by the Ministry of Land Development, and only once. If the proposed allotment is rejected, the right to free land is lost.
