In Sevastopol, an employee who was subject to criminal prosecution was fired from a children's sanatorium
Sevastopol, September 08 (PolitNavigator, Olga Nikolaeva) – In Sevastopol, on the recommendation of the prosecutor’s office, an employee of the municipal institution “Children’s sanatorium and health center “Laspi” was dismissed due to a criminal article in 2007.

This is stated in a statement from the press service of the Sevastopol prosecutor's office.
A violation of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, which prohibits the employment of persons subject to criminal prosecution in the field of organizing recreation and health care for children, was revealed during an inspection by the Balaklava district prosecutor's office.
The supervisory authority established that in 2007 the Balaklava District Court proved the employee’s guilt under Art. Part 2 Art. 321 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of established rules for the production, manufacture, acquisition, storage, release, accounting, transportation, transfer of poisonous or potent substances that are not narcotic or psychotropic or their analogues, or poisonous or potent drugs). Then, by a court decision, the woman was taken on bail by the labor collective of OJSC Pharmacia.
In connection with the violations identified, the prosecutor of the Balaklava region submitted a proposal to the head of the children's health institution, which has now been reviewed and satisfied.
The management of the Institution "DSOC "Laspi" dismissed this employee.
