In Sevastopol, law enforcement officers detained a criminal who had been wanted since last summer on suspicion of committing a robbery. The cashier of one of the Sevastopol stores helped to detain the wanted man, identifying him by his old identification.

The woman drew attention to the man who was paying for her purchase. A few months ago she saw his identification, according to which he was wanted by the police. The cashier reported the suspicious buyer to the duty station of the Department of Internal Affairs in the Balaklava region. Police officers went to the place and detained the criminal. He turned out to be a 34-year-old Crimean.
Last summer, an attacker, threatening with a knife and a pistol, took a VAZ 33 car from a 21093-year-old victim, which he later sold.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against the suspect on the grounds of a crime under Part 2 of Art. 162 of the Criminal Code (robbery). The sanction of this article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of up to 10 years. The attacker has been arrested. The criminal case was transferred by the investigative department to the court for a legal decision.
