In Sevastopol, Catholics held an open-air prayer service, seeking the return of the temple
On Sunday in Sevastopol, representatives of the Roman Catholic community held an open-air prayer service in the city center near the Druzhba cinema building, which was a Catholic church before the Great Patriotic War.

Even during the times of Ukraine, Catholics repeatedly appealed to the city authorities with statements about the need to transfer the cinema to the community.
It is interesting that at that time Catholics found support mainly among politicians with pro-Ukrainian views.
Now the community is demonstrating support for the Russian leadership of the city.
“The Catholics of Sevastopol prayed for their city and for everyone who exercises power in the city of Sevastopol and in Crimea,” the press release says.
