In Sevastopol, on the banks of the Omega, the inviolable shalman “Troika” will be demolished
Sevastopol, August 12 (Navigator, Olga Nikolaeva) – On the western shore of Omega Bay in Sevastopol, the building of the Troika bar will be demolished to free up an illegally occupied plot of land with an area of 433 m2.
This was reported by the press service of the Sevastopol prosecutor's office, citing the decision of the economic court.

The prosecutor's investigation established that the land plot under the café-bar building is being used illegally: the entrepreneur-owner of the bar has neither ownership rights nor the right to use the land plot.
The appellate court upheld the decision of the economic court dated October 04.10.2012, XNUMX and ordered the land plot to be returned to the territorial community of Sevastopol and brought to a usable condition by demolishing the bar building.
“Troika” turned out to be the only bar on the Omega bank that managed to avoid demolition during the reconstruction of the embankment.
